Fatman by TL Audio have created a series of bass combos that are nothing short of astounding! Combining high quality tube pre amp, compressor and EQ stages with superior Celestion Vintage speakers, the BA series give you everything you need to produce top performances. As a bass player, you know the importance of your sound. You offer a base to both rhythm and melody and your sound can mean the difference between a fluffy, muddled sound and a tight, punchy performance. The BA range offers you assurance that your notes will sound accurate and tight whilst also being round, full and most importantly fat! Designed and crafted in the UK, no corners have been cut in producing this high end hybrid product. The BA series features 4 band musical EQ and a comprehensive tube compressor. The attack and release times have been carefully calculated to ensure they are ideal settings for you, the bassist. With three ECC83 valves providing 6 valve stages, the Fatman BA Bass Combos give you that rich, round sound that you can only get from quality tube products. There are 2 stages configured as a balanced driver, placed after the input gain and compressor to give maximum control over the drive level. The other 4 valve stages are dedicated to the EQ. The Fatman BA series bass combos are available in 3 sizes: BA150 150W Bass Amp driving 1 x 15” Celestion Vintage Speaker BA300 300W Bass Amp driving 2 x 15” Celestion Vintage Speakers BA500 500W Bass Amp driving 4 x 10” Celestion Vintage Speakers.
